I dedicated 14 years of my life to education, spending time in various roles and with a variety of responsibilities. My learners have been adults, teens, and children. With each demographic comes unique challenges and needs. I have adapted my own learning style to meet my learners' needs which requires me to be a continuous learner myself.

One daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly responsibility is to develop engaging lessons based on a specific goal. I identify the learners' needs, choose engaging instructional activities, and ensure the lessons developed are effective. The learning experiences developed are matched to the age, setting, and desired outcome.

As a leader in my organization, I have worked closely with key stakeholders to implement policies and goals. A passion for learning, leading, and teaching was required to motivate all involved. A positive attitude, clear communication skills, and active listening all attributed to my success as a leader.
